Gathering data and valid prove is not always the perfect thing. I know for a fact that the state of ky has turned prove of employment to reason for not returning the child.

Deletewe are in Nebraska and I think were are not being treated right. By grand baby can't even live with me or her other grandmother. My daughters court appointed attorney is no help.
